1. Service Satisfaction
Our team works hard to deliver professional, high-quality beauty services. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome of your treatment, please let us know before you leave the studio. We will gladly discuss your concerns and, where possible, provide a touch-up or adjustment at no extra cost.
2. Product Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety, most opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3. Refund Process
If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange. Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure:
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes any tags or seals (unless defective)
  • You present a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
5. Non-Refundable Services & Items
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
  • Gift cards, promotional packages, and special offers
  • Services already rendered and accepted by the client
  • Products marked as final sale
